A ceremony has taken place at the Guildhall to mark Srebrenica Memorial Day 31 years on from the genocide in the town in Bosnia and Herzegovina, prayers were observed at the Peace Garden in Hanover Square, followed by the raising of the flag of Srebrenica Buildings will be lit up green in tribute
