At the bottom of today’s R3 announcement, sad news that Music Matters has been relegated again
of the tributes to Andrew Clements, think this one has a particular resonance. Was struck by how much clarity he found in describing contemporary music in particular. Modernist prose, never overly florid or unnecessarily verbose. Surely influenced so many committed to writing about tough music!
