We are sitting under a stable hot weather system- there was no rain at all during July where I am. The ground is either dust or like concrete. If we don't have few weeks of gentle rain after this then flash floods are coming. I've worked outside for 45 years. This isn't normal.

Rising sea levels here in Kent will be an issue. Dungeness nuclear plant is on a shingle bank on the Romney marsh. In Roman times the marsh was sea.... We are going to be left trying to decommission a radioactive island.
