I’m hatching a story that is set at a single menhir deep within a forest. I’ve been brewing it for about 15 months now. This menhir - about 40mins drive from where we’re staying is exactly what I imagined for the story. It was kinda magical to be here. #playwright #standingstone #nature

An exciting day ahead. Queer Britain - the UKs national LGBTQ+ museum - are preparing an exhibition about Conversion Therapy- which will include Locusts, the play I co-wrote based on my experiences. I’m heading there now with a bag full of memorabilia and a warm fuzzy glow in me.
Today I’m a silent protest at the CofE Synod. There was a fringe event promoting conversion therapy and I’m sharing my story with anyone curious about my t-shirt. The overwhelming majority are supporting my position. A few have tried to equate abuse to a theological argument. Nope.

We just looked to book tickets for Inter Alia - a play in London, and was horrified at the prices. This photo is from the booking site. @nationaltheatre.org.uk these prices are obscene. How is theatre for the masses when shows are priced like this? Elitist, exclusivist, and appalling.

Today I saw the extraordinary Ken Rex for the third time and, again, it blew my socks off. I cannot recommend it highly enough. If you are anywhere near London go see it. It’s truly exceptional Also passed this cafe that appears to have been named by a cat walking over a computer keyboard. 🤷♂️
Went for a walk along Reigate Hill earlier. Was beautiful and blew the cobwebs away. Ripley dropped her ball and learned about gravity as it rolled down the very steep hill into the woods below at great speed, never to be seen again.
