Visit Newfoundland folks. We book on the water average $300 a night. The people are friendly and fiercely proud of their communities. There’s so much beauty and history here.
I’ve been to a lot of Newfoundland communities in my visits and Fogo Island with its rich history is amazing.
My view has changed. Fogo Island. A true fishing community still today. The Beothuk lived here before they were extirpated from their land by lrish and English fishers and merchants.
Biggest tides in the world. Ten years ago we walked on the ocean floor there. Amazing.

Yesterday on my ride home. The path I travel everyday. Speed and bad choices I’m sure were involved.
My grandfather served in the 15th Field Ambulance supporting the 4th Canadian Armoured Division. Landed in France in July 1944 and saved countless lives all the way to Germany. If you search the address on the letter it’s the land our Métis ancestors had since the 1800s.
I’ve burned $60 in fuel in my truck since December about the same in my car. When you ride to work the price of gas is 🤷🏼♂️.
Really tempted to go clean up this person’s yard for free then have to take multiple loads to 4R burning fuel in my truck all while scratching the shit out of the paint. Don’t all rush to beat me to it!
