Hah! We got to 7 rescue adoptions and Sandra said that's it, no more. Then we went for a cup of tea with our friend Janet who runs the local rescue and Sandra met Ragnar, who was in desperate need. Pic of Ragnar our no. 8 attached (after 3 months TLC + dental + other vet care).

This is a major moment for these 3 to be so close together and relaxed. The black lad and the grey tabby came here as single cat adoptions, with the B&W tuxedo boy arriving as a kitten (he's the great leveller in our house of 8 adoptions). #cats #rescues

Our latest rescue adoption, Ragnar, is doing really well. He had an appalling neck abscess which with various treatments is almost healed after 7 weeks. He was severely malnourished and has gone from 3.1 kg to 4.6 kg 😸 Dental scheduled in 10 days. He's the gentlest of boys. #cats #rescues

Thought it was time for a more positive post. This is Titch on my lap. He's quite a big lad despite the name, 1 eye, 3 legs, massive purr. #cats #purr #purring
