That's what I keep telling her! Last week she had a friend bring down to me peaches, tomatoes, pasta sauce, pesto and limoncello. These are the "pretty" peaches. An equal amount of dinged up ones went right into the stew pot.

When I was in high school in the 70s my horse race obsessed junior high school brother did a class presentation on Man o'War. He proudly read it to us at the dinner table the night before. He received an A+. I will never forget Hard Tack. But Seabiscuit lives on at Tanforan in San Bruno, CA.
