To my fellow Destiel enjoyers, I know it can feel a little disheartening when the actor men say something invalidating. I love Jackles as much as the next person, but he's also just a guy. He can have his perspective, but I can have mine, and that's totally fine.
I have found the most wonderful, creative, hilarious, kind and caring community amongst the Destiel crowd. They are my people, my joy, and with how hard life can be, that's so needed. Keep on writing the stories, making the art, editing the videos, fixing canon, and ensuring Dean and Cas fall in love in every universe a thousand times over.

Sunmary: When the Winchesters score a break between cases, they decide to let off some steam at a local dive bar, dragging Castiel along with them in the hope he also has some fun after being cooped up in the bunker recovering from Rowena’s attack dog spell. It turns out their chosen dive bar is hosting a karaoke night. Dean doesn’t waste any time, racing to the microphone. When Dean sings, his focus seems to be on Castiel, so the angel asks a drunken Sam to help him deduce the meaning of the songs. It goes… poorly.
