I’m gonna go on the record and say that WipEout Pure is the franchise’s crown jewel, for a very esoteric reason: it’s simple geometric art. In recent outings they’ve added that WONDERFUL realistic edge. Not only does it look meh, you can’t read the tracks as well. Compare:
