We Beat the Buzzer! 4,000 signatures was ICO’s “stretch goal” for the Our City, Our Say ballot initiative – and what do you know, we made that goal and then some! Many thanks to the more than 6 dozen volunteers who collected signatures with Indivisible Central Ohio! Your efforts made a difference.

It was HOT out there on Saturday, July 4th, but a core crew of diehards did the DooDah in high style. Thanks to @ohiosq.bsky.social and her float team and @meredithcbenson.bsky.social Lady Liberty 🗽 and also the clipboard crew out registering voters. ICO-People power in action.
Last day to turn in booklets is Monday, July 13. Go to Global Gallery, 3535 N High St, 5:30-6:30pm. Every signature counts! (And remember, it’s a signature, not a printed name, or it definitely won’t count.)

Doo Dah Parade! Show up with your orange voter registration shirt and a clipboard (or a blue ICO shirt and a clipboard) and we’ll figure it out together. Just look for the ICO float in the parade line up on Park Street near Buttles at noon on Saturday, July 4. Choreography and practice on site!

At our in person meeting tonight we’re starting out with a social (half) hour – 30 minutes of snacks and conversation. Tonight, Wednesday, 6/24: 6:30pm, 1st UU Church, 93 W Weisheimer Rd.
We’re Proud of the ICO Pride Crew! ICO members made us proud at pride – the joyful crew of butterfly marchers, the magnificent float, the orange shirt team collecting voter registrations, and the blue shirt team manning the table at the Pride Festival in Goodale Park. ICO showed up and showed out!
