In addition to giving cool, clean air to the environment, trees improve our mood & #MentalHealth. A 2013 study by @americanforests.bsky.social concluded having access to green space within 3 km can reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression & aggression. St Luke Episcopal Church, Monrovia celebrated their centennial by renovating their prayer garden, adding a labyrinth & free trees from CIPL's #OurSacredCanopy. The church celebrated this transformation by blessing the garden through prayer, incense & the sprinkling of holy water. #RootedinCommunity
