New custom insoles for both walker boot and regular boot fitted today. Now awaiting MRI.
I know this is whiney but after today my foot really hurts. Paracetamol doesn't do anything & I can't do Ibuprofen due to the anti clot medication as a result of the boot. Not even beer works :( Heigh ho.
I declined the solid cast for a second time after a bit of a meltdown. It's so tiresome. They understood, explained the pros and cons. I'm having new insoles made for the airboot (and my other foot too) to help keep everything in one place.
Charity shop treasure. There is a lot of information in this book, though a lot of thr recipes are basic. The Key Lime Pie does sound good. Throughout the book it assumes a heavy use of a blender and soke of flavourings are modest. #cooking #plantbased
