The fucking power has been out for hours. We have no clue if it's coming back. It's been enough time I have to toss everything in the refrigerator and freezer and have no money to replace just the immediate needs. I don't even know how I'm going to have food with no power either. I'm at wits end.

There's no way I can write alt text for this and it'll probably go over everyone's heads but these were the findings on the x-rays. It basically notes damage to the bone because of the joint wearing away, and then a mystery lesion.

I'm desperate right now and things are really, really bad here. I have Lupus, epilepsy and due to the lupus developed adrenal insufficiency. My cortisol levels were low last week which was starting to cause adrenal crisis, an extremely and immediately life-threatening condition.

An adrenal crisis is a life-threatening condition in which your adrenal glands don’t make enough cortisol. Causes include damage to your adrenal glands and other stressors. Symptoms include abdominal pain, fatigue and weakness. Healthcare providers can diagnose an adrenal crisis with different blood tests. Treatment includes hydrocortisone injections.
