Tough mountain bike on the old Yaiza Extremo Sur course, (while waiting for Tracy to do the Wine Run) I had forgotten just how tough this route is. Even had a comedy fall (Although not as funny as Robins 😂😬)

Found out today that the two white stray cats that live over the back of our wall that we thought were brothers, are actually brother and sister, as today, this little one turned up. I can’t feed them all 🤷‍♂️🤦

When I’m out in my back garden exercising, I get shouted at by the local stray, presumably saying “Feed me” After a while and after I have fed him, he just gets bored and drops off to sleep anyway 😀

Long ride day with Robin. Beautiful day for it, and the last 40km or so was into a brutal wind.💨 first 100 miler for 2 years or so even if we weren’t very fast, it was still quite a long way 😀

Lovely day out on the bike with Colin and Jo to get my May Gran Fondo sorted. Weather was glorious 😀

Mountain biking was going so well this morning until I found this in my rear tyre 😲🤦

Team "Donde esta la Meta" were the first British team home in the Volcano Triathlon. We were also the first "Man Sandwich" Team. (For both also being the only team in those categories 😄 ) Great teamwork with Elaine and Sarah for a good fun race day 😀😁👊
