My summer uniform

I've had the most pleasant time off sailing through the Thousand Islands but now I'm back in Montreal just in time for the hot weather. I have some daytime availability this week but otherwise it's back to evenings & weekends by next week.

First day back to the office for me but let me just get a little gym sesh in beforehand.

Today is St-Valentine's Day, which can be a lonely day for some who find themselves alone. But it doesn't only have to be celebrated in the traditional sense. Love is all around us if we just take a moment to feel it. Drinking my tea and watching the snowflakes is how I'm starting my day with love 💕

There might be a 50 degree difference in weather between today and where I was last week but hey, at least snow is pretty and I'll be around for Valentine's Day. #DateMontreal
