I thought the noise was the Snowbirds in our area bc they got cancelled in Ottawa due to the storms. Nope… not visiting us, just this crazy storm from my back lanai. Twenty mins later it is sunny again.
Poilievre ‘doesn’t think about’ a Canadian Heritage property while he is snuggled down in his government paid for house since Sept 2022. Maybe he could move out of Stornoway and the funds can be directed to homeless people he says he is concerned about.
I had a really tough day and I’m finally shaking it off at 1 am. But there were still some moments that made me stop and breathe in good things. Peonies in my garden with water drops on them made me smile at just the right time. I hope their beauty helps brighten your day.

I meant to share this a couple of mornings ago. I took a walk down at the lake near me - Ontario. Wandered to the gardens beside Saint Jude’s Anglican Church. The blooms were beginning, it makes you stop to reflect and be thankful. I love the bench used to assist a planter, engraved with FAITH.
Maybe better than being the shelter and hustled out by your boobs.

After many hours of snow shovelling throughout this past weekend it was a joy to settle back inside and watch the Cardinal’s play in trees outside my window. Nature’s reward.
