I never imagined that I'd find myself heading into America's 250th birthday and not giving one single fuck about it. How am I supposed to celebrate the death of something I used to love?
I'll admit that I haven't been posting here, although I've been reading. Things are awful, increasingly so, depressingly so, dishearteningly, so, with no end in sight, that I'm finding it impossible to post much more than a stream of profanities. I see no hope for the country I used to love.

This is an only-partially sarcastic question but I'd like an honest answer: What does Congress actually do anymore? I don't hear about any legislation or other action coming from there while TFG is anally raping this nation.
