Paintings conservator, heritage scientist, and philosopher. A/prof UiO. Local pub bore. Londoner at heart, though currently in exile. 🇪🇺 🇵🇱&🇬🇧❤️🇺🇦 Views mine alone, unless they are yours too. Then we can be friends. Vannevar Bush stan account. (He/him) ↙️↙️↙️
The US has literally one city, the rest are three suburbs in a trench coat.
I don't think I have a single conservator follower here, but whatever. Just remember that one of the perks of joining the BAPCR is that you're getting two issues of this pretty cool journal every year.
I find it funny how many people ostensibly knowledgable about football are discovering only today that it is basically enhanced games, but with bribes instead of EPO.
Of course no one frogmarched him back there. But the media framed the story all about him calling someone a bigot, not about the fact that the woman was, in fact, a bigot. It is an editorial choice that forces politicians' actions. Same as with brexit, same as here (qts are disabled anyway):
Norwegian @duolingoverde.bsky.social is suspiciously monothematic of late...
I swear to god, I so much do not understand the articles like this. "My factory cannot clean up the sewage we dump in the river, we're a smol bean family business". Do you people hear yourselves? Also hilarious that photographers have no way of sending wedding photos to customers other than flickr.
Polish National Institute of Museums is run by a conspiratorial crank. For those uninitiated in polish OG QAnon: if you're questioning the reasons for the Smolensk disaster (a pretty well explained, very Polish tragedy), you're expressing a far-right conspiracy shibboleth.
I think you'd like a VW Passat Variant. VW has the most spacious and efficient interior design I've ever seen.
This is literally you earlier today. Political leanings are baked into the tech. That's what I'm saying here all the time. Not necessarily rep-dem, but large, complex tech favours large authoritarian politics (regardless of whether we're talking statism or corporatism). That's inescapable by design.
This article is actually terrible amd so condescending that Injust cannot get over it. People have agency! They can read electoral programmes and asses them! If they "roll a dice", they're nothing more than a random number generator. If they want fascism (for whatever reason), let them say that!
In the light of today's articles posts like this are particularly funny. Also:
Yeah, absolutely hollow posturing. No one currently in PLP is making the world a better place.
