An e-Bakfiets Long -- it's one of the ex-Pedal and Post ones (as snapped up by Warlands when P&P folded) so I had to get a new box for it. When I'm no longer carrying kids I can swap its original cargo box back on... 😁
Finally got a chance to test this: yes, I _can_ transport both beasts together in the new cargo bike, in two possible configurations. :-)

Does anybody know what insect might have bitten/stung me to cause this horrible blister? It went from 'small itchy bites' to this monstrosity in a few hours. Also it now itches so much I want to tear my entire leg off. Going to ask a pharmacist tomorrow if it hasn't improved.
Mystery fruit in my garden! Could be walnuts? I didn't plant walnuts, but possibly local squirrels have helped here...
I bought one of these and it works by witchcraft* and it means I can lie on my bed & my back is cool. It's about as comfortable as lying on an airbed but IT'S COOL or at least cooler than bed/sheet/mattress/etc. *I think it's basically a very conductive heat sink made of gel ALSO MAGIC
She has multiple beefs with every cat on the street, she chases muntjac deer, & she has more than once picked a fight with a fox. She weighs nearly 4kg and has a brain the size of a bean and I love her. 🖤

The Cabby went into Walton St Cycles for surgery on Tuesday & came home the same day with some (rather pricey) new parts & hopefully a new lease of life! ❤️ Local cargo bike enthusiast Mr Bojangles gave it a good check over yesterday as well, as I was on my way back from ferrying Elder to choir. 🐈

Heat mitigation for the kitchen (which is otherwise basically a greenhouse). A big Amazon banner which I rescued from a bin, & an old canopy from a swingseat, making one makeshift awning pegged to washing-lines and a piece of rope tied to the house & the trampoline. Kitchen now dark but survivable.
