#WhatchaReadingWednesdays It's Wednesday, #BOOKsky. Whatcha reading? I'm reading "Shakespeare The Man Who Pays the Rent" by Dame Judi Dench and "Crime and Punctuation" by Kaitlyn Dunnett.
You should check out "Astrid," the original – and far superior – French version of this show.
One for the Boomers (or actually, Generation Jones): TODAY IN "Do you remember this show?" This crazy show ran 1959–1964 and we STILL talk about it. #TVsky
Dale, you festering waste of flesh: You were "radicalized" by a female pilot, gay flight attendants (you know this for a fact?) and "foreigners" sitting by you on a plane? Then STAY THE F HOME. And do us all a favor: stay off social media too. You have nothing to add to the conversation.
#TVsky I think of this show often. It was 10 years ago, but some of it was very "now."
#Craftiverse #BOOKcrafts I love making crafts from recycled bits and pieces found around the house. This one uses a round base made from a (clean) pizza box. The wreath is made of pages from an old book. The center decoration was from a live floral arrangement I dried. 1/2
#BOOKsky #WhatImReading Five pages in, and I'm salivating to see what comes next. What an interesting insight into the woman we love and love to watch.
G.M. MALLIET "Death in Cornwall" I've been working to diversity the settings of the books I read. Cornwall has always intrigued me, and this mystery gave me a taste for that part of the UK. I'm not a "cozy mystery" fan, but it was engaging enough to keep me entertained. #BOOKsky 1/2
JUST IN CASE you're interested: Creole Creamery's hot fudge sundae is better than Baskin Robbins'.
I know I'm four days late (but you don't really have to start on the first day of the month, do you?). If you're up for a reading challenge in July, here's a silly-but-fun one. #BookSky
