In approximately 13 hours I will walk out of a salon a redhead for the first time in my life. Specifically, this shade of red. Turns out I didn't just want to kiss Jessica Rabbit when I was 7 years old, I wanted to *be* her.
For the past couple of years I have been monitoring one particular web page using what is basically a cron job. That job has been monitoring Nottingham Centre for Transgender Health's website, waiting for my second appointment to be scheduled. Today, I can delete that cron job.
His name was Daniel West & he was one of my best friends. And he succumbed to bipolar disorder a week ago. I am 💔. I loved him as a person and as a close friend. He was a light in so many lives & I have cried for hours over the loss of such a beautiful human. Say his name.
