For my research on misbehavior online, I studied both rules (norms, formal and informal) and laws (regulations). What rules and laws have in common is that both require enforcement in order to be effective. Without adequate enforcement, neither rules nor laws mean much at all. Enforcement is key.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Like you, I was Daddy's girl. He was my biggest supporter. Also like you, I took care of his final rituals, difficult though they were. It's been almost 20 years, yet I still miss him, but it hurts less and less. May your father's memory increase your strength and grace.

My tuxie boy Asa has that high squeaky meow, which earned him the nickname Tiny Tunes. His big sister, tortie Luna, voices her many opinions in lower tones, earning her the nickname Looney Tunes.
