I sincerely hope our PM issues a directive for all in government to do the decent thing & come off X formerly known as Twitter.

Had the pleasure of attending Hartlepool's campaign launch today with my Cooperative Party hat on. The sun shone & their enthusiasm for the May council election first rate. 🌹 🐝

A little reminder

I don't like surprises as all too often they are disappointments but last week was gifted this & I was so touched by their thoughtfulness. Its top of my Christmas reading list which is quite considerable.

I always buy from the first poppy seller I see each year, how disappointed was I to be given this (on the right) I know we need to be environmentally aware but surely something better could be created? I'll wear my broach from 2014 instead #LestWeForget #PoppyAppeal2024
