Work has been crazy, but time has been moving super slow! Wouldn’t mind some distraction.
Last day on PR before going back to the mainland tomorrow. It was a good day.
I just come back to the island (PR) to eat!
And arroz con pollo was made!
It was a nice day out for a quick walk around the home town.
Piñón de Plátano (Plantain Lasagna?). So good.
Enjoying the tropical weather (even tho Im not used to this heat and humidity anymore). Hace caloooor.
Did some banana muffins (I ran out of walnuts 😅). They turned out good.
Today has been a sloooow day.
Meal prep done, laundry done, now its planning time (at least for a bit).
Made some bread over the weekend. Not that bad for the first time.
Coquito is ready (better late than never)!
I wish I was still on vacation. The last two weeks were amazing. Now I need to prepare for work 😩.
