This cross dedicated by Adrian Zmed and his brothers to their parents at the Holy Nativity Romanian Orthodox Church, 5825 N. Mozart, has recently been removed (photos from 2020).

Investigation continues with respect to the Building, but I can report that an (eventually) 100-year-old, beer-drinking, wood-chopping man lived somewhere at this corner before 1938, per @chicagotribune.com 4/18/63.
