All I have to do is open Bluesky and I add at least one book to my tbr. My library holds have been over 90 for at least 2 years. Just today, I have added 8 books.
Do yourself a favor and watch the 1944 version which happens to star Angela Lansbury in her first film role.

Also, I did start The Warm Hands of Ghosts and the main character was called a “virago” as an insult. Intrigued, I looked it up and not only should it be in an episode of Severance but if I was called this, I would take it as a compliment.
My copy of @sgj.bsky.social’s The Buffalo Hunter Hunter arrived and it has the red page edges!!! HUZZAH!! Preordering worked!
I just stumbled upon Freakslaw, a book about a carnival in Scotland with an amazing cover. I was stunned that I had not heard of it. Why isn’t @sadiehartmann.bsky.social talking about it? Why didn’t @thebloggess.bsky.social pick it for a book club? Then, I realized it comes out in April.
