Korean pork noodle thing. Needed more flavor. The slow heat was pretty great, eldest kid liked it. I did the baking soda thing for the noodles (pasta) and regret the texture. I'm fine with regular pasta in asian dishes.

Had some Scottish salmon sashimi in the freezer. So I chop chop, made some rice and went to town having myself a sushi dinner. The benefits of having a very well stocked freezer when money gets tight.
