Game #7 of 2026: Xenoblade Chronicles I have had some version of this game and started it on and off since it first came out in NA and only finally got around to it. Luckily, I was also relatively unspoiled on the plot. Excellent games. I would definitely recommend it to JRPG fans. #beatit2026

Game #6 of 2026: Satisfactory by Coffee Stain Studios I started this game like 3 weeks ago and played it for around 170 hours. It was that hard to put down. Hopefully now that I've saved the day. I can move on to something else. #beatit2026

Game #4 of 2026: Chants of Sennaar by @rundisc.bsky.social I could not put this game down. As soon as my brain saw the logic puzzle of deciphering the languages, I was hooked. Got a little stuck in places but I was always able to find a solution eventually. Thoroughly recommend this. #beatit2026

Game #3 of 2026: Slay the Spire II by @megacrit.com Finally cleared Ascension 10 so I'm considering it beat for now. A great sequel that adds on more of what made the original so good. I'll be playing this for years. All I ask Mega Crit is to give us Watcher back. She was my favorite. #beait2026

Game #1 of 2026: Hollow Knight: Silksong by Team Cherry I didn't expect this to take me so long but after 80 hours, I finally finished the game. Another amazing experience from this series. Only thing I didn't care for was grinding for shards. Can't wait to play the DLC. #beatit2026

I spent six hours streaming on NYE trying to do it but I finally succeeded tonight. After 707 hours on Steam (plus more on Switch and Gamepass), I have finally cleared A20H in Slay the Spire! I also managed to actually beat the Transient on this run as well so it's like a double miracle.

Game #13 of 2025: Baldur's Gate 3 My D&D group has spent two years or so playing this campaign together. They had already played it but I went into it relatively unspoiled so it was a very good time as they pushed me some of the funnier responses. Will probably play again by myself. #beatit2025

Game #12 of 2025: Resident Evil: Revelations 2 I really liked this one especially two duos and how actions in Claire & Moira's campaign affected Barry & Natalia's. I didn't know about the bad ending going into this so getting that was a shock. I had to go back and replay a few parts. #beatit2025

Game #11 of 2025: Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire by Obsidian Another sequel I played in 2025 that gave the party a ship to sail around the world and let them be/fight pirates and this might be my favorite. Really liked the turn-based mode and the new party members especially Maia. #beatit2025

Game #10 of 2025: Hollow Knight by Team Cherry Decided to replay this before starting Silksong and also wanted to fight the true final boss as well. I didn't realize just how many things I had failed to uncover my first time playing it. I nearly doubled my playtime.

Game #7 of 2025: Pepper Grinder by Ahr Ech A fun game I could beat in a few hours while I play through longer ones and ones that never end. Fun design and overall gameplay. Some levels were more frustrating than difficult and felt like it wanted more precise control that it gave me. #beatit2025
