I'm so jealous!!! I have a home near a beaver pond. When I am at the house, I walk down to the beaver pond at least once a day, hoping to see a beaver. I have seen them swimming a few times, but never on land. I see the fruits of their labor; I want to see them working. Here's a beaver lodge!
For #scapeFriday some mountains scapes and a bonus hotel/restaurant in the #Adirondacks from last night. The hotel/restaurant is New Vida Preserve in Wilmington, NY near Whiteface Mountain. It was built as a ski resort named Paleface (!) in 1961. #adk #photography #eastcoastkin

This photo is from August 2016, in Bruges, Belgium. Pretty much all of the people sitting in this square are playing Pokemon Go. My kids were teenagers, and we were on a family vacation, and playing Pokemon Go in cities in Europe was their favorite part of the trip.

Scotland's my favorite place on earth! I haven't been to the Isle of Mull, but I've been to Oban, where there's a ferry to Mull. I took incredible sunset photos in Oban Harbor. If you're into prehistoric sites (think stone circles, cairns, etc.) Kilmartin Glen is not too far. Glencoe is a must-see
