This is, essentially, what LLMs do. They analyze the patterns of responses to particular questions...and generate language (or other output) in a similar pattern. They do not "know" whether such patterned responses conform to any reality.

Plus which...if you look at the image in the article of where the "no trespassing" sign is posted, it would appear to be well outside the likely property line for this guy's property (unless he bought out property from his neighbor to the south, left in the main image).
