I had the briefest of interactions with Sam Neill back when I was on Twitter. He seemed like a guy with a genuine sense of humor and an air of kindness that this world feels short of. He will be dearly missed. 😔

I somehow found 'Eye of the Zombie' at a record shop in Alabama and bought it on the spot as a joke. The train ride home that followed was utterly miserable in contrast to the one we took there. @shadowtodd.bsky.social I think this album might be cursed.
