Our family drank PG tips loose leaf tea, we collected the cards they used to have in the boxes to put in the books. The cards & books to put them in was very big in 60’s / 70’s, almost everyone collected them, I gather they continued on until the 90’s. My parents always used loose leaf tea.

You might be drinking too much water, yes you can drink too much… Perhaps consider getting some electrolytes to drink with water if you’ve been exercising / sweating excessively. I got some of the fizzy tablet sort to use after walks, I’ve been doing walks in the morning before it gets too hot.

Funny how you yearn to reaquire certain books & gadgets from your early years as you get older… I confess I bought a copy of the Robber Hotzenplotz with the original line drawing artwork. I also reunited myself with an HP-19B calculator that I foolishly sold about 30 years ago. (Edited 14:13)
Well there are some very highly paid presenters on R4 Today that should have gone years ago, more interested in pushing their own personal views than reporting the news or behaving in a neutral way & backed by a one eyed editorial team. No great loss…
I got hooked on green tea when I worked in Japan, we used to get it in hot cans from the vending machine at work. At home I bought myself a teapot & some Sencha loose leaf green tea which is quite different, more distinct grassy taste & you could get more than one brew out of it.
