There were notes from the director on keeping it balanced, yes. Parts of the ICE scenes were cut (not sure if this was due to time constraints or content to be honest), but there was a bigger divide on the philosophies of my partner and I. I was meant to be the more empathetic agent.

The tweet from X user @jmgregorchuk says, "People were hating on Gemini's floor plan, so I asked Grol to make it more practical." I don't know how to describe the result. Like a bad imitation of an Escher drawing? Like someone took a piece if paper on which an AI floorplan has been printed and done on top of it a pencil drawing of a studio apartment? The bottom part of the image is a drawing and the top is a floorplan. One floorplan room is labeled SEOHOGAAR (I think?), and I can't tell what it's supposed to be. Another seems to be labeled GARAGE but with blurry letters typical of AI. The garage opens into the pencil drawing. Under the garage is what is maybe the kitchen of the studio apartment drawing? And also the floorplan bathroom? It's just all weird.

Funniest thing a hearing person has said when they assumed I’m deaf

So I have a group of friends who are all Deaf. With the exception of me (I’m hearing)

When we’re together we communicate almost solely in BSL (British sign language)

Because of this when we’re out other hearing people tend to assume I’m also deaf and will say things about us, completely within ear shot.

My friends got me to start a list of all the things I’ve heard people say.

Still to this day, by far the best thing anyone has said.

Little kids walks past us with his dad, looks at us, turns to the dad and said “daddy why are they moving their hands so much”. The dad glances at us, glances at the kid and just says “Because they’re Italian”.

I could not contain myself. I burst out laughing, it took me a good 5 minutes to get a grip of myself before I could tells my friends what I’d heard.
