YMMV, but my range and charging speed have turned out to be just fine. Also the blue car is darn near as fast as the red car.

Rereading the CNN link you could be correct. "I gave her a large tip" and "we could have had such a nice interaction" are to me odd things to say, but if it was in response to the coffee shop's post and out of context by CNN, maybe they are not that off.
