Been dog-sitting this weekend & in all seriousness I’ve seen ponies smaller than this German Shepard. He could take down an elephant, but is an absolute sweetheart. Genuinely one of the friendliest dogs you could meet.
“Angus & Coote Sydney” On the reverse it says “ErNSA1.” But I’m not certain about the “r”, could be “P”.
For reference, this is the rig I use to put the spare off-road wheel on the roof for 4WD trips. There’s a single lag-screw in a truss to which I connect a pulley, then reef on it to lift the tyre high enough. That tyre & wheel is so heavy I can’t get it above my head.
See the lowest/bottom-most longitudinal binder in blue for what I mean by “perpendicular beam”. Installed across 3 rafters, where the middle rafter is carrying the bolt, it will spread some of the load into the adjacent trusses.
Can confirm there is a really interesting collection of historical artefacts there. And the kids will have a good time, too. 😁

I cooked bibimbap tonight. Reasonable amount of work in the prep & quite a few cooking steps, but if well set up it flows fine & is VERY delicious!

I’ve got cooking the beef absolutely nailed & I freaking love it. The yuzu dressing recipe I use is also something special. Top tier dish & I’m proud as punch to execute it well.

Yep. And it’s still a big vehicle. The bed height of a Commodore ute is between 650 & 800mm off the ground, & they’re a large car by Aussie standards. But it does the same job & has a lower frontal area. US vehicles are uniquely oversized is what I’m saying.

You’d think the major challenge in re-pinning #PC cables (I.e. reconfiguring the plug) would be ensuring you don’t get anything wrong & blow up components, but that’s actually the easy bit. Getting the pins out of the connector without damage is a bloody nightmare!
Hey, you can’t help how you sleep - I often wake up with no arms coz they tuck under me. 😆 Depends on the cause & advice from a physio, but; I had a bulging disk & nerve pinching at C5/6 & found inexpensive relief from traction. It hangs over a door & very gently stretches the neck. Works well.
