Had company coming over & wanted to bake something. Tried these for $4.95, made coconut cream cheese icing & turned them into sandwich cookies. Added 2 eggs & 4 T butter. So good. Made 60 cookies, 30 sandwich cookies. Passed them off as my own & I'd do it again. 🤷♀️
