kiddo accidentally left their window open all night & has a horrible hacking cough today :( We made what we call 'svelte CR boxes' for the bedrooms; a box fan with a 20" merv-13 filter tape-sealed to the back, a circle baffle on the front. So much more effective than commercial ones & dirt cheap!
spent an hour changing out the filters on our corsi-rosenthal boxes and wow is the air better in the house! The #wildfires smoke is really bad today and the old filters just weren't keeping up. Now everyone feels so much better 🥳 annnd now we're all out of blue painter's tape 😂 😂 😂
took my incredibly frustrating, discouraging physical therapy walk. smoke was up in the orange but I had my trusty p100 mask, so no worries 😁 (my physical therapist has completely revised my walk (for the better) and I feel so much more disabled. I dread the possibility that this may degenerative.)

I cannot express how much I hate doing my physical therapy walk. I can make it about 1/8 a miserable mile with about 10 rests, stopping every 5 steps by the end. my PT is happy, I am not. I used to hike 10 miles. I used to do jiu jitsu. nerve damage from covid. this could be you. wear an n95.
