De veiligheid van vrouwen vind ik van het allergrootste belang. Elke dag zijn ik en vele vaders met mij ermee bezig, omdat wij het welzijn en de vrijheid van onze vrouwen en dochters wil beschermen. Dat is geen abstract punt, maar bittere realiteit en dagelijkse zorg.

Dit heeft absoluut niets te maken met iemands seksuele geaardheid. Rob Jetten is openlijk homoseksueel en ik respecteer zijn geaardheid volledig – dat is volstrekt irrelevant voor mijn punt en speelt geen enkele rol in waarom ik zijn post als betuttelend ervaar.

Wat mij stoort, is puur de generaliserende toon en de manier waarop het gebracht wordt: alsof vaders zoals ikzelf pas nu zouden moeten gaan nadenken over iets waar we al jaren mee leven en waar we persoonlijk dagelijks verantwoordelijkheid voor dragen.

Het voelt als ongevraagd, moralistisch advies van bovenaf, bijna overheids-achtig, terwijl het onderwerp veel te serieus is voor dat soort poses.

Het staat vanzelfsprekend iedereen vrij om wel heel blij te zijn met het optreden van Jetten in deze.

I still think avout Operation Darkness regularly. I know it isn't considered very good, but the premise is still awesome and the game has some interesting ideas going. I wish we got a remaster where the gameplay itself is reimagined in the style of Valkyria Chronicles. #Atlus #TRPG
