Today GAIA was asked by the Ministry of Health to transport a woman in rural Malawi who was dying from complications of childbirth. Ministry ambulances had no fuel because of shortages due to the war in Iran. The Ministry is stretched thin since USAID closed. Decisions in DC affect everyone.
