Sure in the north, but arguably in the south it would still be beneficial. In fact the 2021 population centre of Queensland bisects Sydney and Cairns. Arguably there's a case to be made for half of Queensland. There's *definitely* a case for half of WA! Ref: dqydj.com/daylight-hou...
*2x less* is just nonsensical garbage. Hey therundown.ai, let's talk like adults. Is it *half* the cost?
Can't quite work out why this might have been the case in the first half of 2021 … Ref: <https://www.domain.com.au/news/one-bedder-boomers-the-tiny-apartments-fetching-jaw-dropping-prices-in-brisbane-1511483/>
It's not *quite* as "bad" when you add back in 2023, 2024 and 2025. Ref: climatereanalyzer.org/clim/sst_dai...
Ergas obviously better placed than the Pope who *checks notes* was formerly the global head of the Order of Saint Augustine … amongst other things … It really is just reactionaries shouting in their echo chamber.
Pretty sure it’s a puff piece as he’s a presenter on a new show on ABC.
So … ASIC … nice registry you've … erm … not got there … I guess …
Y'alright AWS Cloud? Are you certain Sydney doesn't have Lambda support eh?
Y'alright eh LinkedIn? Agents publishing stuff without appropriate checks and controls?
The ATO's response here is identical to one I had from them when attempting to find out the status of *my* unpaid superannuation from a previous employer. Their privacy was more important than the information to the person whom they owed money. Farcical.
ASIC showing how "too little, too late" is really the POSIWID of their approach to the regulator environment. Not unlike phoenixing, or failure to pay superannuation (yes, yes, that's a joint role with the ATO).
Can Michael Koziol have a more passively voiced headline? www.smh.com.au/world/north-...

Helping to inform, or contributing to heightening fears in absence of evidence David Crowe? (This isn't diminishing the lived experience of individuals suffering from violence) www.smh.com.au/world/europe... commonslibrary.parliament.uk/research-bri... (not linked by Crowe, poor form)
I mean, tell me you come from a position of privilege without telling me you come from a position of privilege…
Went looking at the population vs housing issue again tonight. IPA vs AI popped up. This from the IPA is a great selective stat from the start - change in *migrant* population vs whole of country housing supply. Thing is, Australian population growth was 43% over that period.
I guess NC doesn't want international observers checking in …
It’s under way. The university of Newcastle should be ashamed of their legal argument they’re making to not take responsibility for their actions. This is incredibly damaging to the School of Engineering’s reputation.
