5. Metal Gear Solid There's a time in everyone's life when they put away childish things, and in 1998, that was video games. That is, until Metal Gear Solid. If SMB started this whole mess, MGS reinvigorated it. I will love it forever
6. Super Mario Bros. In my life, there was a time before this game, and then everything after. You might think it weird that a kid could divine their purpose in life at the age of 7, but maybe you never played SMB for the first time at that age. I would be a different person without it, full stop
