I've been mourning the death for those cool booklets and manuals you used to get with games. Elite (1984) came with a book written like a ship owner's manual and a novella! Or Infocom games, which came with stuff like fake telegrams, magazines, and newspapers. Games stopped being this cool.
Sam Neill was amazing in a million things (and he should have been Bond, damnit), but today I remember him most from one of my favorite films: Wim Wenders' epic road movie, "Until the End of the World." To paraphrase another film of his, I hope he got to see Montana.
Looks like a promo pic for a 1990s sitcom set in a Florida radio station.
He balked until I reminded him Regina was in a Pride-themed Lily's Garden ad. The company had her and her GF together. Here's the thumbnail from the YT campaign, a campaign that raked in so many positive and supportive comments through social media. We said if we didn't address it... 2/x
Seeing Rogue One posted reminded me of "These Final Hours," a little Aussie apocalypse film I quite recommend.
Use a random comic panel or two to sum up your current attitude.
Watching Disclosure Day I had a psychic repulsion at Emily Blunt's love interest, and I didn't know why until I realized the actor had that JD Vance putty-face squint.
If you are into narrative design in gaming, check out "Company Retreat" on Prime. It's a masterclass in worldbuilding, set design, and NPC development and use.
If you see this, post a vampire that isn't Dracula.
No natural predators. Apex behavior with the brain the size of a walnut.
Reminds me of maybe the best moment in the early Bronze Age of Comics. Luke Cage, after being stiffed by Doctor Doom, fights the Fantastic Four, flies to Latveria, and beats shit out of Doom to get his money back. It's Hero for Hire #9, and it's ridiculous in the best way.
This turned out to be a good meditative exercise in what I'm really interested in these days. Link if you are interested: tiermaker.com/create/non-g...
Seeing this, I can't help but have two thoughts 1) Hope that one day we will indeed wipe his name and visage from the earth 2) Live Action Donkey Kong
If you like to gamble, I tell you I'm your man You win some, lose some, it's all the same to me The pleasure is to play, it makes no difference what you say I don't share your greed, the only card I need is The Ace of Spades The Ace of Spades
