A Jonny Quest commission I’ve owed someone for way too long.
Mindy was looking for something and found this. An old Dallas show.
A couple of sketch covers. I used watercolor ground in order to get the ink and color to take to the paper. It was still a pain in the ass, but better than nothing. Oddly, the ground didn’t like the ink.
Tonight’s NotSafeForSunday Smutnot/Raid Train drawings. The completed ones, anyway. I got 9 other sketch cards drawn. I just need to color them. Tomorrow.
Didn’t get to this one last night. So, did it this afternoon.
Back from the holiday visiting family and back to work. A couple of sketch covers I was asked to draw on at Heroes. I finished the Soylent Green Soda on Whatnot today.
Finished my Flash Gordon Quarterly story today and I don’t hate it. Very glad to have it done and off to the publisher. It was very stressful drawing a strip drawn by artists I hold in such high regard- Raymond and Williamson. I’m pretty proud of the writing, too.
Very happy to finally have this. I’d ordered it when @heavymetalofficial.bsky.social was owned by someone else, and they took the money and ran. Years passed but current ownership honored the purchase.
