PSA: Poor wifi in your house? No signal in the garden? Get a Tri-band mesh wifi system. This is an Orbi system, a router and two satellites. I get wifi everywhere now. 300Mbps in my living room over wifi, that's what I get wired! 20Mbps right at the bottom of the garden, 80 feet away from the house.

I'm going with, 'Decent long weekend'. Quick ride on Thursday followed by a trip down to Delamere to watch Garbage and Skunk Anansie. WHO WERE BOTH AWESOME! Back home, day out *with a lady*, my first date in almost 40 years! Then out on the bike today for my fastest 50 miler of 2026. Not bad at all

Struggled to be honest. It was more a scramble than a run. And I think he struggles with that level of offroad. Says he wouldn't do it again. Still, van came back with a bottle of Jura in it and a full tank, not going to argue with that.
So, I salted the living room carpet. Unfortunately Cyril is quite sharp (for a slug) and remains active. So I left some Guinness traps for him while I was away. It would appear Cyril is significantly more intelligent than I anticipated.... Let the battle commence.
However, as always, not everything is great. You see, Cyril and I are in a battle of wits. Cyril is a slug and is in my living room, naturally I believe this is sub-optimal as he pays no rent and leaves horrible trails everywhere.
Not going to lie, that was a decent weekend. I spent it with a friend, yes, she is a lady. Stop it you sick minded perverts. It was just a nice time. Also, my son won a 50k race. And then I had some beers. Now I'm doing this, sorry neighbours. (not sorry)
