ah shit, Jesse. That's the absolute worst, I am sorry that is happening to you. I always got some mileage out laying down on the floor, and putting my legs up on the couch cushion, (like a reverse chair). Doesn't help with the brain, but helps with the heart rate for sure.
Went to the jazz club for my birthday last night and saw the Tony Hagood Trio. (The drummer is about to go on tour with Tony Monaco). On to the next trip around the sun. To everyone who collaborates with me in art or in life, thank you ❤️
