Tablet update: I ended up getting a new tablet! I went with the new Huion Kamvas 22 (gen 3) because it was the same screen size as my old Cintiq (look at how much less space it takes up on my desk though). I also didn’t need 4K or a touch screen, so getting a Pro version wasn’t a draw for me.

Van Gogh spent a lot of time in Arles, France. There's a restaurant that used to be a hotel where Van Gogh stayed and in a letter he wrote that the food was bad and they overcharged him for wine. Directly next door, sharing a wall, is this Dragonball-themed barbershop.
