If we do not reform our tax structure, working families will continue to bear a disproportionate tax burden. That's a fact.

I for one will always fight for striking workers.

H.R. 1 was a trillion and a half dollar giveaway to the ultra-wealthy. Many of them live in our state. We can absolutely backfill the federal cuts to SNAP and other programs.

Doing nothing is a choice. Preventing progress is a choice. As Governor, I will never back down from a tough fight.

I'm tired of being told there's nothing we can do. We can make our state's economy more fair when we elect leaders with the courage to make it happen.

While Ned Lamont says Bridgeport doesn't deserve librarians, I'm fighting to fully fund every school in every zip code.

We must be doing everything we can to protect our state from the creep of fascism.

We must be investing significantly more investments in DCF to ensure their hard working employees have the resources they need to keep kids safe and protected.

We need to be doing everything we can to protect our data.

Our tax structure is broken. I am running for Governor to fix it.

Tonight’s remarks are another desperate attempt by the Trump administration to create doubt and fear around our elections. Trump is a bully and a sore loser. He knows that his authoritarian agenda is unpopular– so he wants to undermine our democratic process in advance of the midterms.
