The finest scientific minds of the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh are working tirelessly studying Eric, experimenting on Eric, perfecting Eric.
Me after watching the season finale of Widow’s Bay, the best new series on television, a sublime blend of comedy and horror with elements of Stephen King, John Carpenter, Parks and Rec, and Twin Peaks. Stellar writing and direction plus an absolutely killer cast. I love it so much!
BREAKING NEWS: Grogu, co-star of The Mandalorian franchise, has died. The diminutive creature nicknamed Baby Yoda, in NYC to promote his latest film, allegedly met with a sex worker known as Frankenhooker and exploded during intercourse in his hotel room. An investigation is underway. Grogu was 53.
Happy Birthday to Al Pacino, seen here looking as cool as anyone has ever looked
Rewatched Birth on Sunday and (finally!) watched Portrait of a Lady on Fire last night. Love these films, in part, because they both feature long takes of a character absolutely going through it in a theater. Stunning, overwhelming scenes of actors wordlessly conveying various emotions. Phenomenal.
There was in fact some beautiful blue skies and golden sunshine all along the way in 2025 thanks to these sweethearts
tfw you’re about to shatter your husband’s naive mind and send him on a dark night of the soul
2025: Don’t care for it! One of the shittiest years of my lifetime. And yet there was beauty! Here are some of the sweet things that’ve gotten me through this year:
Few things cooler than bandmates leaning on one another while rocking out
Saw One Battle After Another yesterday (in glorious 70mm at the gorgeous Oriental Theatre in Milwaukee.) Mind still abuzz. The acting. An angry call versus a calm, casual evacuation. Lockjaw’s walk. The humor. Two kids on a radio. The hilly chase. The hope. Can’t wait to see it again.
All these malignant bigots about. These indignant cowards, these insecure losers. You get to walk this earth with the divine Sade and this is how you choose to be?!
