Late Valentine's Brunch at Susie's Rise and Dine with the boy, he's great very much in love with him etc etc Anyway, this pancake is unlike anything I've ever eaten. Fluffy and crispy and toasty, the syrup is to die for, maybe the best single pancake I've ever had.

In the hour before Limbo has dinner, she accepts that she cannot force us to feed her and becomes very snuggly. The second I move to get up, she'll be alert and very intense about meal time.
