Speaking of cookbooks from the library. This is from one called "The Sheet Pan" and it's is the closest I've ever come to making something that looked like the photo!

My gym is finally reopened after construction and they just painted everything gray and rearranged the equipment. Literally nothing is new. So, same old leg day, I guess.

I went to the Edgar Allan Poe museum in Richmond this week. It was so cool. I bought a book of his poetry and am now reading it during a thunderstorm. Halloween vibes in July.
